Register an account to track your tickets and to get notified about replies. Please check your spam folder for the verification email.

If you do not receive the verification email during registration, you can open a ticket without registering first. Upon submitting a new ticket, an account with a default password will be created for you. Make sure to save the password, as you might not be able to reset it if you cannot receive email from us.

If all else fails, you can also email us at click to reveal email. But please try to create a ticket on our support system first, as it is easier to manage and will receive quicker replies.
